The Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism in Article 12 paragraph 1 and Article 68 paragraph 14 determines the entities that have an obligation for at least 2 trainings per year for employees in the field of prevention of money laundering and financing of terrorism.
Lobbying is a sensitive area because it takes very little for it to turn into corruption. That`s why we need mechanisms for both control of lobbyists and supervision of the lobbied. Illegal lobbying directly leads to corruption in the decision-making process.
