The trainings aimed for professional development of administrative staff that currently are organized at the Institute are as follows:

Topic:

OFFICE AND ARCHIVE WORK

Objective:

The purpose of the training is to explain the keeping of archive books and recording the documentation in the respective legal entity. Due to the complex regulation for recording, storage and destruction of archival and documented material, the training will offer clear and applicable guidelines for the daily performance of the tasks of the employees.

Topic:

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Objective:

This training aims to explain the parts of the law for personal data protection that are applicable in every legal entity. It consists of a theoretical part, which will explain the powers and obligations of the personal data protection officer, and the measures and policies that should be implemented by the legal entities, the rights of the subjects of personal data, and a practical part, in which examples of acts (regulations, policies, forms) that should be implemented by the legal entities will be shared.

Topic:

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Objective:

The purpose of this training is to improve the communication skills of the participants with special reference to the rules and principles of business verbal and non-verbal communication and the most appropriate communication styles in the workplace. In addition, public performance and media literacy will be covered.

Topic:

SPECIFIC LEGAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF LABOR RELATIONS

Objective:

To familiarize the participants from public enterprises about the most common problems that arise when regulating labor relations in public enterprises, in the area of employment contracts and in the area of calculating wages, working hours, compensations and allowances pay. Taking into account the great experience of the experts from the Institute in judicial expert opinions on labor relations, and the jurisprudence that exists in this part, participants will be shown what is the most appropriate way to regulate labor relations and which are the mandatory legal fees and allowances, in order for Public Enterprises to be spared from future disputes with employees.

Topic:

LOBBYING PROCEDURE IN LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Objective:

The training aims to explain the procedure of lobbying in the local self-government, defining what can be the subject of lobbying in the local self-government, who can be a lobbyist and how the responsible person, general secretaries or others appointed or elected persons in the local self-government should act in case of lobbying.

Topic:

OBLIGATIONS AND PROCEDURE OF THE ORGANIZATION IN RELATION TO PROVIDING INFORMATION OF A PUBLIC CHARACTER

Objective:

The participants will acquire knowledge about the obligations they have according to the Law on Free Access to Public Information and about the way to act upon a submitted request for access to public information from their organization.
