INCLUSION IN PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION
Objective:
To strengthen the competencies of the various professional profiles working in preschool education in terms of their skills for better organization and implementation of inclusive educational work. In order to achieve the goals and tasks of preschool education through the prism of inclusion, the training participants will get to know the principles of mental development as well as the mental structure of children of preschool age, they will acquire knowledge and skills for the implementation of various creative models of work with the children and cooperation with their families.

THE EFFECT OF SCREENS AND THE IMPORTANCE OF THE PLAY IN THE PSYCHOMOTOR AND EMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN
Objective:
To strengthen the competencies of the various professional profiles working in preschool education in terms of their skills to understand the importance of play in the psychomotor and emotional development of children in preschool adults, and for parents to be aware about the importance of the PLAY vs exposure to screens of their children.
Topic:
PEER VIOLENCE: EARLY RECOGNITION AND STRATEGIES FOR PREVENTION AND DEALING
Objective:
Although peer violence is not the only type of violence that children and young people are exposed to in the school environment, it is one of the more common forms of violence that some students go through. In order to prevent this problem, it is necessary for the staff in schools (professional services and teachers) to acquire skills on the types and forms of peer violence in school, early recognition and preventive strategies to prevent it.

CREATING CONDITIONS FOR EFFECTIVE VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION IN THE CLASSROOM
Objective:
Communication is the basis of conversation. A two-way street that we pass through everyday. We speak verbally and we understand each other non-verbally. How well do we understand each other and do we communicate with each other? With our superiors and with the children? The classroom is the place where we speak, understand, but also remain silent. And of course we communicate.

HOW CAN WE HELP AND GUIDE THE CHILD THROUGH DISTURBING EMOTIONS EASIER?
Objective:
During different periods of life, emotions experience a different form of expression, and it is most difficult to express them in childhood and adolescence. Hence, we will surely look differently at what children want to tell us through emotions. Therefore, the goal of this training is to transfer the knowledge and practical experiences from the field of psychology and emotions to children and young people in order to better recognize, understand, discuss their emotions and emotional experiences brought to the classroom, but also to guide them through the process of disturbing emotions that are a hidden part of growth. The training will contribute for better professional action and coping with the challenges of the new generations.

Objective:
Praise has a strong educational impact on students and is considered as stimulus for progress and a motive for achieving good results. This training aims to bring closer the meaning of praise through the educational process as well as the impact and importance of constructive criticism with the aim of discipline at a higher level in the classroom. That is why this training contributes to building new knowledge, acquiring communication skills in which moderation of praise and criticism will lead to the discipline and achievement of desired mutual successes.

Objective:
Acquiring knowledge how to write a successful project application and familiarization with the administrative rules and procedures in the process of applying to various donor programs.
Topic:
SKILLS FOR A SUCCESFULL PUBLIC PERFORMANCE!
Objective:
The participants will gain skills on how to make a successful presentation and how to gain self-confidence for a successful public performance. They will also learn how to moderate the information and be persuasive. Build a confident public presence.
Topic:
RECOGNITION OF FAMILY TRAUMA IN THE CLASSROOM-SUPPORT AND UNDERSTANDING.
Objective:
This training aims to open up a topic that in recent years has been overshadowed by peer trauma-violence, and is a challenge that school staff face on a daily basis. It also provides teachers with the knowledge, skills and resources needed to recognize and support students who have experienced family trauma thereby supporting their emotional well-being.

BUILDING RESILIENCE IN STUDENTS – CREATING CHALLENGE-READY GENERATIONS
Objective:
This training aims to open a topic about all the specificities of the new generations and highlight the different approach to work with them, the role of the educators and teachers in the process of growth and building a self-image, self-confidence and the ability to face life challenges, etc. The training offers the opportunity to open questions about emotional states and will offer options as to how through those processes we can create persons ready for the challenges in the future.

STRENGTHENING THE CAPACITIES OF EMPLOYEES AND SCHOOLS THROUGH THE APPLICATION AND PARTICIPATION OF EU PROJECTS
Objective:
The aim of the training is to transfer knowledge and practical experience to the employees in the schools and preschool institutions about the application and participation in European projects. During the training, experiences and knowledge will be shared by the lecturers about the opportunities offered by participation in EU projects. The training will be interdisciplinary, practical and with the full involvement of the participants for the course and development of a specific project application. Participation in such training will have an overall positive effect on the individual professional development of school employees, and thus on the capacity of the respective institution.
