    The Institute for Applied Business Research held the first of a series of trainings on peer violence, intended for teachers and professional services in the schools.

     The purpose of the training was to strengthen the skills of teachers and professional services in schools on the types and forms of peer violence, its early recognition and preventive strategies for its prevention. The training was attended by teachers, pedagogues and psychologists from many schools in the country. During the training, the participants shared examples and experiences related to peer violence, while the lecturer, Dr. Arizankoska Eftimova, whose narrower specialty is mental health in children, during the training introduced the participants with the risk factors for the occurrence of violent children's behavior, how to recognize a violent child and a child victim of peer violence, as well as with the steps the schools should take to prevent peer violence and interventions in cases where peer violence has appeared.

The training was held online. The participants obtained a Certificate for attendance.
