А training course on effective verbal and non-verbal communication in the classroom was held at the Institute for Applied Research for Business on May 18th, 2023.
The training was aimed for the teachers and professional services in the primary and secondary schools in order to enhance their skills for verbal and non-verbal communication, primarily with the pupils, and then with parents. During the training, Dr. Andonovska spoke about the forms and levels of communication, as well as the techniques and rules for successful communication between teachers and pupils. The training was attended by teachers, pedagogues and psychologists from many schools in the country. During the training the participants shared also their experiences related to verbal and non-verbal communication with their students.
The training was held online. The participants obtained a Certificate for attendance.
Who are IARB's pedagogical trainings for?
IARB's pedagogical trainings are for teachers and school support staff in primary and secondary schools, and for educators, caregivers, professional staff and directors in kindergartens and early childhood development centres.
Trainings are held online in Macedonian, and tailor-made trainings are organised for individual kindergartens and schools. Topics include inclusion, peer violence, emotional development, classroom communication and writing EU projects. Participants receive a certificate of participation.
