In the period November 2023 - January 2024 a series of trainings intended for staff employed in educational institutions was held. The topics of the trainings were as follows:
- How can we help and more easily guide the child through disturbing emotions?
- From praise to discipline without punishment
- Public confrontation with yourself and the audience!
- Information - a sea of truths or lies?
- How to write projects for educational institutions!
During the training, the participants have strengthened their professional competences and gained knowledge and skills with respect to:
- Better recognition of the emotions of children and young people in order to understand more deeply and discuss their emotional experiences brought to the classroom,
- The importance of praise throughout the educational process as well as the impact and importance of constructive criticism in order to achieve a higher level of discipline in the classroom
- Successful presentation and reliable public performance
- Recognition of information and misinformation
- Preparation of project applications with covered aspects for administrative-financial rules and procedures for applying projects within the framework of the EU and other donor programs.
The trainings were attended by more than 500 teachers, educators, pedagogues and psychologists from the kindergartens and schools in the country.
All trainings were held online whereas the attendees obtained a corresponding Certificate.
