A tailor-made training "Inclusion in pre-school institutions" intended for the employees in kindergartens and early development centers was held at the Institute for Applied Research for Business on September 30 th 2023.
The aim of the training was to enhance the competencies of the staff working in preschool education in terms of their skills for better organization and implementation of inclusive educational work.
In order to achieve the goals and tasks of preschool education through the prism of inclusion, the participants got acquainted with knowledge about children’s mental development during preschool age, and with various creative models to work with the children and cooperate with their parents as well.
Lecturer at the training was dr. Biljana Arizankoska Eftimova, a psychiatrist and head of the Mental Health Service for Children and Youth "Mladost" at PHI Zdravstven Dom Skopje.
The training was held online. The attendees were granted with the respective Certificate.
Who are IARB's pedagogical trainings for?
IARB's pedagogical trainings are for teachers and school support staff in primary and secondary schools, and for educators, caregivers, professional staff and directors in kindergartens and early childhood development centres.
Trainings are held online in Macedonian, and tailor-made trainings are organised for individual kindergartens and schools. Topics include inclusion, peer violence, emotional development, classroom communication and writing EU projects. Participants receive a certificate of participation.
