Description: The goal of the training is to strengthen the
competencies of the various professional profiles working in preschool
education in terms of their skills for better organization and
implementation of inclusive educational work.
In order to achieve the goals and tasks of preschool
education through the prism of inclusion, the training participants will get
to know the laws of mental development as well as the mental structure of
children of preschool age, they will acquire knowledge and skills for the
application of various creative models of work. with the children and
cooperation with the families, as well as with the ways of dealing with the
daily challenges encountered during the work in the kindergartens.
Participation in this thematic training is not only
an opportunity to acquire new skills in inclusive educational work, but is
also a practical way for the educational staff in kindergartens to realize
their legal obligation for continuous improvement and upgrading of knowledge
and skills.
Agenda
The following aspects will be covered during the training:
1. The role of the educator in inclusive educational work
2. Safe and secure ways to motivate children
3. Strategies and techniques for easier handling of everyday
challenges
Target group
The training is intended for educators, caregivers, professionals,
associates and directors of kindergartens.
Lecture:
Dr. Biljana Arizankoska Eftimova graduated from the Faculty of
Medicine at the University "St. Kiril and Metodij" Skopje in 2009, and in
2015 she completed specialization in psychiatry at the same faculty. In the
period from 2015 to 2019, she was employed as a psychiatrist in the Mental
Health Service for Children and Youth "Mladost" at PHI Zdravstven Dom
Skopje, and since 2021 she is the head of the same service. Since 2020, Dr.
Arizankoska Eftimova is an external collaborator of the Organization of
Women from Strumica in the field of violence against women and children, as
well as a member of a multi-sectoral team against gender-based violence. She
is a member of the European Association for Science and Technology (COST)
and the Association for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at MPD. He takes an
active part in numerous international and domestic conferences and
congresses in order to continuously upgrade knowledge and follow world
trends and protocols in terms of prevention, diagnostics and treatment of
metal health disorders.
