His previous work experience is in the field of journalism, but he was also engaged in higher education as a lecturer in a group of subjects in the domain of legal and political sciences. He has published scientific research papers and participated in academic conferences on topics in the field of the party and electoral systems, the consociational and deliberative model of democracy, constitutional engineering and post-conflict peacebuilding in deeply divided societies, etc.
