Protection of whistleblowers in the private sector

If your company has more than 10 employees, then according to the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers (commonly known as "whistleblowers"), you have obligations to take certain actions. Sanctions are foreseen for the company and for the responsible person in the company for non-compliance with the Law.
